Equipment process description
1. Manually place the copper strip into the fixture of the feeding conveyor belt.
2. The feeding conveyor belt drives the fixture to move intermittently under the welding wire mechanism.
3. At the same time, the wire pulling mechanism pulls the wire to the set length.
4. The wire stripping mechanism peels and cuts the wire.
5. The wire feeding mechanism rotates clockwise to soak the thread end in perfume and tin.
6. At the same time of step "5", the wire feeding mechanism takes over the wire on the pulling mechanism and impregnates the other end of the wire with perfume and tin.
7. The wire feeding mechanism transports the wire to the lower part of the wire welding mechanism, and the wire welding mechanism starts wire welding.
8. The finished product blanking mechanism removes the welded product from the feeding conveyor belt and places it on the finished product blanking belt.
9. Cycle accordingly.
